I ordered my shoes on the 27th of January, why is my order still being processed. Why has it not reached delivery stage. When will I get my order?

Carly... this company is a sham and I suggest you put in a dispute with your bank card company immediately. Then email Ericdress and let them know... do not be convinced by them to reverse the dispute and in writing cancel the order. They will ship it anyway but leave a message for the delivery to refuse the shipment... They take your money, lie to you then ship you garbage and if you accept it... you are stuck/ GOOD LUCK!

As stated by many folks the products are very poor, sizing, fabric is flimsy, delivery times are long and the extremely high cost to return items back to China are all indicators that this company should be avoided. Any questions that you many ask of this company receive the same reply. Be for warned this company is most unethical, the return of your monies is painful slow and they will ask you to send pictures of you wearing the product that is in dispute. Save your self the frustration of dealing with this company.
