I have been trying to return for a month or so but, EricDress refuses regardless of what the website says about 100% satisfaction. I am out about $120 for a dress that is falling apart. Whoever made this dress is not a professional. The website clearly states 100% satisfaction and a return procedure. The page for this dress does not say it does not qualify for return. It was never able to be worn. Eric Dress mis-advertised and misrepresented. They wouldn't even return my emails until I started leaving one star reviews (which they keep taking down).
Goodluck on returning an item if no tracking they will not refund it they cannot item thats has no tracking dont send it back if ull send thru economy shipping it takes me 4months upto now they claim they havent received it goodluck
You will be responsible for return cost which will be more than the item is worth. Not really worth it the items are like $ 1 store quality.
