I ordered something and it took like a month and a half to finally get here

Be sure you have put ericdress in your contacts as shown on their site. Then text them over and over. If you used a credit card, they will switch it over to pay pal. Look on your credit card statement and/or call pay pal and have them begin an investigation. Also ask pay pal if pay pal was opened in any other one of your credit cards. File a fraudulent case against them with whatever credit card you used. They will begin to answer you, BUT they have opened a PayPal acct on credit cards that they should know nothing about. Get busy fast. They just tried to use pay pal again for nothing I ordered but PayPal had frozen the acct. HaHa. Be mindful of the fact even if you used another credit card besides pay pal, they switch it over to pay pal... Hope this helps. PS. Pay pal knows all their information

I have been disappointed in what I received and the time it took to receive it. What I received was damaged beyond usable. Looks to me as if they ran out of yarn while making my sweater and they just stopped there, sent me an incomplete product. Also, they were completely unwilling to help with this. They told me I should just take my loses and donate it to charity. When I get online and complain, they post all these very nice notes that I should contact them and they will fix it. I did. They still wouldn't fix anything. Thank God I purchased thru paypal and paypal paid me back.

I posted a few reviews and warnings to anyone attempting to buy from them. They are a bunch of scam artists. Poor quality slow delivery unresponsive and just poor customer service. I recommend that no one buys from them. They do not refund money; they will give you the run around. I filed a complaint with Chase Bank and they had to go to arbitration to get my funds back but they did after a few months

I'm Also a dissapointed customer. The clothes arrived but cheap looking and nothing like the pictures. Do not buy they are scammers!

I THINK I HAVE ANSWERED THIS QUESTIONS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE! IT STILL STANDS, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DAMN CROOKS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! IF EVERYONE WOULD WAKE UP AND NOT ORDER ANYMORE OF THERE TRASH THEY COULD NOT SURVIVE AND THEY COULD NO LONGER SCREW EVERYONE! END OF STORY! PROBLEM SOLVED!

I posted a review but never heard from Eric Dress. It seems they don't even care about their reputation. They are crooks. I got my item fairly quickly but I threw it away when Eric dress didn't reply to my many emails. Even the charity chop didn't want it. Good luck but learn from this.

It takes about a month to get your order, and I am pretty sure you will be sorely disappointed. NEVER buy from this outfit. (as I said in my original post)

It is not my company! I am warning people not tobuy from them! They do not send the items on time and my order was completely different than what they advertised! Good luck

They are crooks who steal somewhere the photos and when you receive their "clothes" none of them is right: poor quality with crooked stitches, poor fabric, sizes which even skinniest girl won't fit in, not a single lable on clothes, no return info. Wasted $100... This is the worst and most dishonest "company" I came across online!

Eric dress stuff takes about three weeks to arrive.
Their products are very poor in both quality and sizing. PayPal and Credit card companies should not service them as they are crooks. Your stuff will probably arrive in another week but I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. Good luck!

I'm sorry Miss Diman H. I am a customer only of eric dress and because of what happened to my purchased in Ericdress i posted a review in this site (sitejabber). I contacted eric dress in emails, in their website and even telephone calls but they didn't respond. But after i posted a review here in sitejabber in a split second i've got a reply from them. Maybe you must do the same.
