Normally, expedited shipping is 2-5 days, standard shipping is 4-8 days and the super saving is slower than others. You can see the processing time for the products you need on the products page. No. Mine took 6 weeks and the communication was a long process because of the time difference. Than they informed me after 3 weeks that the items were not in. I went through pappal thinking i would be protected but i had to pay for the shipping and confirmation back which was $97 dollars and my pirchase was $107. So i would get a refund of $10. The boots that were supposed to be an 8 were a 5.5. The dress was that of a material of of a Halloween costume. The go by 3 other names as well but its the same company.

I AM WITH YOU! I GOT STUNG BY THEM AND THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.

My order took 2-3 weeks and then it was only a partial order. The phone number was either not working or out of order. I had to be very persistent with emails to follow up and finally received rest of order. All the sizes were ridiculously small, cheaply made and I had to get rid of everything. There is no customer service and you cannot return because of costs shipping to China - they don't tell you that in their "return policy". They are fraudulent and unethical. I wish the Better Business Bureau or Feds would stop them from doing business in the States. Everyone is getting ripped off. A red flag is when you cannot use your credit card - only a debit for cash out of your account - then you have no recourse. I would never order from them or others like them online again. Put it down to a learning experience.

Val B you have good reason to be concerned. Eric dress are crooks and frauds. You wii get your goods in 2 to 3 weeks. Shoddy and not as described.
I purchased through PayPal and after a dispute with Eric dress Paypal refunded my money.
No doubt like all the rest of us you have been suckered by their advertising. If you bought on Paypal or credit card make a complaint.

Have to agree with Cynthia A. Items chosen took a long time to arrive and a ladies size 12 (UK) wouldn't fit my 13 yr old grand daughter who only weighs 7 stone... don't buy from these people

No... it comes on a slow boat from China. The things I got were cheap and very small... one size fits most must be for tiny Chinese ladies. You can't return it... the shipping is more than the item cost since you must ship back to China. I gave my items to charity and will never order from them again.
