Bad service. Called 3 days in a row, left several messages and emails twice- no response- good thing I did not order- you just lost me as a customer
File a claim with a lawyer this company needs to be closed down
They gave no phone number which is highly suspicious. You can email with them but they are extremely rude and unhelpful.
Very difficult. No one picks up the phone or answers chat.
Get answers from the English Elm staff and other customers.
