Paid $13 EACH arrived like this …. Was a gift, terribly disappointing, contacted company which took all day communicated with HOPE. After several emails back and forth more from me than her obviously a company that deals with lots of complaints, her suggestions is a store credit! I want refund asked for return label but they said no dump the damaged delivery…. Bad scammers. Thought I was doing right by buying from local farmers …nahhhh scammers

Hi guys requested a return the day the item arrived you asked fir phlotos I sent them within 5 mins that's right FIVE MINUTES and that was 3 days ago and still no response kindly help me

Got response then disappeared so I’m sitting in condo trying to get rid 9f the box but no return label issued so yet to get help

Bought dress paid on PayPal, it was damaged after much drama they sent return label and got dress back but I lost case they said it was not received, the liars and thieves

Been waiting a month for my order, after being promised it would arrive in 4 days, call customer service to request return label for WHEN IT DOES ARRIVE was told can't return the sports item lol THAT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED…also told will take 14 days for them to respond to my return request! Was on the phone 35mins …total crap total waste of time…obviously not a trustworthy company…can u imagine how bad the product is if this is how the operation is run …. Operative word run run run

I assume if you going to pay 2 day shipping ON A THURSDAY ($20) and not get it in 2 days they would tell you immediately at check out when your -package will arrive, as in YOU PAID 2 DAY SHIPPING BUT ITS NOT ARRIVING TILL WEDNESDAY NEXT WEEK, this is wrong and very disappointing, I buy lots from your store and have consigned much too... I would appreciate a refund of my 2 day shipping since it could not be honored

Bad that we can't show more photos, this is the sofa I bought with white glove delivery service paid a extra $175 for that, and just dumped in the room not assembled, or even know if it works or what it looks like, the worst service the worst experience, can't get any help only bought because they promised delivery in 2 weeks, because it was in stock item, again not true arrived today bought 12 July, wish I read reviews before buying from this company and the delivery service was a nightmare they called AM DELIVERY, the online sale service girl was very sweet and would respond diligently until all was paid... and as soon you need them good luck they wipe their hands and say deal with shipper good luck getting any reply from them and read the reviews

Post all over let everyone know how we getting treated hopefully by posting someone Will read and walk away from buying
