How is it okay to scam people and ruin their credit for no good reason what so ever??. Your bogus ad for a sample amount of 0.5 oz of cream for 5.95 S/H I paid the $5.95 and now 8 months later I get a letter that I am in collections for $188.00. I never received anything else. I called your company and spoke to a VERY DEFENSIVE AND0 RUDE man there who said "It stated on the box I was supposed to call and cancle." I never got anything saying such a thing. The 0.5 oz sample came in an envelope not a box I would appreciate being taken out of collections, or I will handle this through the BBB in San Diego. Reference Number with Collection Pros is 1058627 And BTW Collection Pros do not have a Phone number that a human being answers, so it is impossible to deal with them.
