I wouldnt even bother calling them. They are rude and not worth the energy cause all they say is that they cant help you but I would cancel the credit card that they charge. The collection agency that they use is fake and when l looked them up on better business bureau, the government has filed a flag on them stating for the company to cease all business for not having a license. Collect Pros, 12924 Pierce St #101, Pacoima, CA 91331, 1-877-439-1825 is the one and only address associated with Encante. Their contact link does not function. Their ToS link does not function. The return address used on the shipments is a fulfilment service.

I would cancel the credit card that they charge and dispute the charge with your credit card. The collection agency that they use is fake and when l looked them up on better business bureau, the government has filed a flag on them stating for the company to cease all business for not having a license.
