DO NOT order this product! They continue to send out additional product even after I called and cancelled my order. The Customer Service Reps are VERY rude, even the Supervisors. It is not worth your time to do business with this company. I have never written a review before but I am doing so with this company so to warn others!

I had to cancel my credit card in order for them to not be charged for their automatic ship. The representative was extremely rude and would not let me speak. She talked over me so I just ended up listening to her written speech. I saw nowhere on the website saying you had to pay 200 dollars for the "free" Product after 19 days. It is a major scam and I will never order any products that are a "trial price" on the internet again. I learned my lesson,

This whole ordeal has ruined my faith in good practices by internet companies. I sent away for a $5.95 sample and got a bill for $99.01. Then I got a call from a company representative and settled the debt. Now they want me to pay again! This is all a scam. They have this collection agency trying to collect for them without being able to talk to a person or contact them over the web. I'm not paying this bill again. WHAT A SCAM.

I never saw anything about paying $197 if you didn't cancel within 14 days. 7 months later I receive a collection letter, I called them and they did not care. Horrible customer service. I will never order anything on a FREE trial again... BEWARE

This company is out to scam people. They give you a free trial of product, you only have to pay for shipping. At least that is what I thought. Ordered the trial 2 products for $5.95 each. Did not go to the bottom of the webpage to push the terms button. Got charged almost $200 because I did not cancel according to their hidden terms and conditions. When I called to cancel they said that they already shipped the next month order, another $200. Now I am out almost $400. Even better the product did not provide any results. Their site claims 100% guarantee but they do not honor it! Stay away and tell all your friends and family to avoid this product and company.

My experience was just like all the other reviews. I ordered the "free" samples, just had to pay the shipping charges. No where did I see anything about being charged nearly $200 for these free samples if I didn't call to cancel within 14 days! The representative said it was in the terms and policies that you had to click a button on to read. That is deceptive business policy at its best! After cancelling any future shipments and being totally angry with them, they offered to credit me $65.72 and send me two more of the same products totally free that I could give to someone since I don't even like the products and certainly not at THAT ridiculous price! Bottom line - I paid $128 for "free" samples! Last time I order ANY free sample of anything!

Lesson learned. I will NEVER order free trail. They refuse to give your money back and charge too much for something that didn't work. I closed out my bank to stop them from charging me over again. I will be sending complaint to attorney general and bbb as well. They need stopped in scamming people.

This was suppose to be free and they charged a mailing fee of $5.95 twice for two products mailed to the same address. This company Encante said in a several page tiny print that you have 14 days of free trial. So I called them back to cancel after the obligatory 14 day trial and they cancelled. However, one must call BOTH product numbers to cancel... so I was charged over $95.00 for a cream that does not do anything.

This company is a total scam and on Dr. Oz program too.

Rip off tried to cancel on the 14th day charged my bank account refused to cancel. Scammer I will be contacting fraud alert and attorney general gave them every chance to refund. I never agreed for a monthly charge. Only to try a free sample then they charged another 1.99 on top of it. I'll get them.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Yes, customer service is so so rude. Spoke to two employees, and they were so unprofessional. Never order again. It's a big rip off. Try n cancel your order, they only refund half. Gotta read small print. Upset.

This product isn't anything special, but the company is absolutely an internet rip off. They change your account almost $100.00 per product 15 days after the 'trial sample' has been shipped. They won't give a refund and are extremely rude. The customer representative put me on 'hold' so I could calm down when I called them to voice my complaint. DO NOT fall for this scam. This free trial has cost me almost $150.00 after their 'generous' $70.00 refund. They sent emails immediately for the $35.00 refund for the $100.00 product and an immediate email to cancel my so called 'subscription'. Which told me they have the emails already prepared because they are routinely sent. This is how they make the money. They scam folks instead of actually selling high quality products. Buyer please beware.

If you have read the other reviews regarding encante face cream, I had the same experience happen to me. The company charged me $100.00 14 days after ordering the "free sample". The cream does not work as touted in the website. Save yourself frustration and money, don't buy this product!

My credit card company called with a "fraud" alert. Seems this company has quite a reputation. I called the website and thought the problem was taken care of, so did the bank. The nerve of "encante?" to charge me again the 2nd month. The bank has filed a dispute with encante. Not only is this a financial scam, the product does not work. SHAME on Joy Baher and Barbara Walters for promoting it!

You think you are getting a free sample and just paying a small shipping fee. Within 2 weeks a new charge will appear for $98.71. According to Sylvia at the toll free service number you are being billed for a product that you decided to keep. If you don't call to cancel within 14 days of shipment they bill you full price for the "sample". There is nothing you can do about it because they say you agreed to this in the terms and conditions. My bank fraud rep said they get these complaints all the time and they are using a third party service that makes it difficult to win the complaint. The company (or whoever they represent) agreed to refund 50% and cancel my (membership). My "free" sample cost me $49.35+$5.95 shipping +$1.99 (no explanation for that charge). RUN!

Received my sample for 5.95. Several days later a 98.00. Charge was on my bank statement. Called to cancel, but they would not refund my money since it was past 14 days. Total rip off

They don't tell you that you are signing up for a month long membership and then charge you $200! I am so upset. There I go being vain and it was an expensive lesson.

They won't refund your money. Thank GOD I contacted them before I was charged another $200.

THEY ADVERTISED A 14 DAY TRAIL AND THEN HIT ME WITH A $97 CHARGE. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CHARGE... IT GOT WORSE! THEN TOLD ME I OWED ANOTHER $100 AND IF I DIDN'T PAY THEY WOULD TURN IT OVER TO COLLECTIONS! BUYER BEWARE DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!

I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I WAS PAYING S/H FOR FREE SAMPLES OF THIS FACE AND /EYE CREAM. COME TO FIND OUT, I HAD AGREED TO A YR SUBSCRIPTION OF BOTH CREAMS FOR OVER $200. CUST. SERVICE SAID THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY ACCOUNT,, BUT OFFERED MORE ME MORE CREAM TO PACIFY ME. HA! I JUST HOPE THIS BOGUS ACCOUNT WAS TRULY CANCELED EVEN THOUGH, THAT TOOK SOME ARGUING. THEY CLAIM I MISSED THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION DEADLINE. I HADN'T EVEN KNOWN I AGREED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING LET ALONE CANCEL ON TIME. SCAMS LIKE THIS HELP MAKE IT SUCH A CROOKED WORLD. EXPENSIVE LESSON TO LEARN.

Strictly a scam - fortunately, I was watching The View this morning (July 12,2016) where Joy Behar and Whoopie Goldberg were fuming about this product. This "company" used both of them as supposed customers and endorsers of their products - totally false- not onluy do they not use the products, they never gave permission to use their names or images. I just received the products (the trial items) right after seeing the show, so I immediately called them to cancel and request a refund. As all the others are posting - very RUDE customer "service" rep - "Rico" - who was apparently reading from a company script about how everything is revealed online, therefore, I agreed to their ridiculous terms. I informed him that being I purchased this trial under false claims, there is no consent. They do not apparently allow you to return the trials being they are charging for postage, not product. Then he started trying to bully me into accepting 25% off - I said NO - then 50% off - again, NO! - then 75% off! At which point I told him I do NOT want it for free, let alone pay for it. I just want the account cancelled immediately. I am well within their 14 day trial to cancel, but I am going to watch my credit card closely and make sure it is not charged. By the way - they have not been tested and approved by the FDA - and while they do list the ingredients, I am not a chemist, so I have no idea what is really in it or where it is manufactured. Beware!

These products do NOT WORK! I tried calling to send them back and they would not let me stating it was a trail offer, I was furious! They charged me over $100 for eye and face creme and neither worked! SCAM, SCAM AND SCAM!

Figured this was a big mistake when I discovered that his trial led to a monthly subscription of $98. When I called upon receiving the product to tell them to cancel the subscription I was told that I needed to return the free trial at my expense. I told them that they had quite the racket going. I was then told if I continued to use the product for 30 days they would offer me a 30% discount or could cancel with no penalty. I recorded the conversation for confirmation.

I noted the date in my calendar and called back to cancel. I explained to the representative that I was calling to cancel and was told they couldn't find my account. I then gave them my order number and was put on hold for 17 minutes until I hung up and called back. Upon reaching the next representative I again indicated I was calling to cancel the subscription before it was charged and also told them not to be put me on hold. I was told they were putting me on a a silent hold and that they could still hear me while they looked up my information. After a minute my call was rerouted to yet another representative.

I informed this person again not to put me on hold and gave him the order number. He then offered me 50% to continue with the subscription. After telling him no I was then offered 75% discount. I again said no and to cancel.

I was informed that my account had been closed and that I would receive an email confirming that of which I have yet to receive.

Their free trial offer with shipping and handling is a total farse. The info on the automatic subscription plan is buried in the terms and conditions. Fortunately I printed copies of everything. Their games when calling to cancel is just a further attempt to screw the customer.

The products themselves offered no measurable improvement. I used them for the 30 days to give it a fair shake, but in the end all I got was a big hassle with the company who markets this product. Please don't waste your time and money on this scam.

If you made the mistake of ordering the samples of this product you need to call the company immediately to make sure they don't start sending you unordered products every month and debiting your account $99 every month!
I emailed them right after I refused delivery of the costly cream. They actually responded but said they had tried to call me and had left a message. They had done neither. I immediately sent another email and I just got off the phone with them. They called me! I was prepared for a lengthy battle but they actually agreed that they would not be sending me anymore products. I am out the$4.95 and$5.95 shipping fees for the samples even though I didn't accept them. But I feel very lucky that that is all I'm being charged. I FEEL I DODGED A BULLET! PLEASE DON'T BUY INTO THIS SCAM!

I could not believe the hell I just walked through with these UNPROFESSIONAL BS SCAM ARTISIT'S on my God very disrespectful and rude I never received this product or even purchased it I had my nieces play around with my phone and all cards are linked and mistakenly made a purchase without my knowledge I get text alerts saying I was charged 5.95x2, for I product I never hear seen or known about I call n I get hung up of by some rude $#*! $#*! then I speak to Justine who's, also giving me the third degree and are calling my nieces thieves and said I had to press charges on them for making an ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE THERE ( 5&6)THEN I GET TO THE SUPERVISOR who spoke nice at first then started getting really hostel and then has the gull to say to me after my explanation since your complaining and won't let this go I'll refund your shipping but you will be sent into collections for two hundred dollars for serum and some eye cream I'm Like wtf so I'm fighting this tooth and now BUYERS BEWARE YOU ARE GETTING SCAMMED AND U WILL NOT GET REFUNDED...
