Well, as I said in my review, I would never rent from them again. But to answer your question, they are essentially an agent; you do not rent from them but rather from some company who they charge for producing you as a client. So you would be subject to different policies depending on the company with which they arrange your rental. Presumably they would answer your questions in advance of you taking the rental. But be wary. I had an issue with the rental company they assigned me to with a different issue (repay Euro 30 for 1/2 tank of fuel when the car was not half full to start and Euro 30 filled it to 7/8 full. They did not even have the courtesy to reply to my complaint, let alone address it.

Do not use this company - read the reviews, they are a rip-off
