Contact your credit card or paypal and ask for a refund. Having a tracking number does no good if they don't send the product. I placed an order back in early Nov. 2014 and received a refund in late March 2015 never received anything from them although they kept saying that it was in the mail and to wait patiently. I asked Paypal to open a claim for a refund and DressLily asked me to close the claim in order to refund me. You see you are limited on time from your credit card and Paypal to file a claim and dressLily will drag it out telling you to wait or check the post office just 5 to 10 more days until that time has expired and you are stuck with nothing and no way to get your money back. Customer service was not helpful to me at all They promised a refund on my paypal account which I don't have. I wrote to them and heard nothing else.
The pictures are stolen off the legitimate designer's websites. Dresslilly then creates knock offs in China.
