I placed a order and got a confirmation email saying thank you for your purchase and when i went to my orders it says that it is waiting on payment. i do not want to be charged twice. I'm assuming their systems just haven't updated yet?

I had to email them a couple of times before I even got a reply. I had to threaten with a lawyer before I got anything back. I never received what I purchased, after 4 months of waiting, then another 2 months for a refund. I hope this helps but I couldn't ever get an actual person or address.

I ordered 2 tops on march 29th. one top was delivered on april 29th but have yet to receive the other. it is now may 7th. i paid through paypal and the money has been deducted from my account. not sure why the order was separated and would really like to receive what i ordered and paid for or a refund for the other item. Answer:

File a dispute... Luckily you paid through PayPal, so you should get your money back more easily than if you hadn't. This company is a scam. I had to file a dispute with my credit union after I naïvely ordered from them.

Keep bugging them. Don't give up. They are a horrible company and you might not get the dress but don't give up and you will probably get your refund... Eventually. Good luck

Oh gee I have no idea. My bra size is a 36 C and I'm squeezing and pushing to get though the head after that it's fine. It's not necessarily the stomach area that's the problem it's trying to get the damn thing on. If you are creative and a good wriggler bump your regular size up 2 sizes. I bumped mine up by 1 and it was still snug.

It took months for ours to arrive and then it was too big and they blew us off. Terrible customer service.
