I'm assuming their systems just haven't updated yet?
I had to email them a couple of times before I even got a reply. I had to threaten with a lawyer before I got anything back. I never received what I purchased, after 4 months of waiting, then another 2 months for a refund. I hope this helps but I couldn't ever get an actual person or address.
Oh gee I have no idea. My bra size is a 36 C and I'm squeezing and pushing to get though the head after that it's fine. It's not necessarily the stomach area that's the problem it's trying to get the damn thing on. If you are creative and a good wriggler bump your regular size up 2 sizes. I bumped mine up by 1 and it was still snug.
It took months for ours to arrive and then it was too big and they blew us off. Terrible customer service.
