on 5/7/15I had to email them a couple of times before I even got a reply. I had to threaten with a lawyer before I got anything back. I never received what I purchased, after 4 months of waiting, then another 2 months for a refund. I hope this helps but I couldn't ever get an actual person or address.
Maybe you should send your low-quality merchandise to the FTC, or at least file a complaint. What they advertise vs. what they send = false advertising. You're not getting a full refund. Good luck they kept saying that it was shipped and probably at the post office I finally after three months of trying got my money refunded.
No if you got it you got it Good Luck
Well I've always found them very helpful whenever I've had to contact them by email.
