My dress never arrived they said it was sent and delivered but when i contact them they will NOT give me a tracking number or tell me what company delivered the dress, i am living in ireland. Okay so i know people are saying they are scammers and most dresses dont fit etc but one of my friends recently got a dress from this website and it looks really good. But im sceptical about getting one myself and most people are saying they are scammers. Has anyone dresses come looking good? And is the meterial that bad? Is it worth it? I ordered and paid for a dress on 23rd march 2016. I was advised 11/04/2016would be the delivery, yet it still has not arrived and I have emailed numerous times with no reply or contact. Can I find out when I am going to receive this?

Why are you calling your company a UK company when you are in China. I have bought a dress from you and it is not the size it should be, it's way too small. I had the faith to order another dress from you in the hope that it will be the correct size but I found out after making the second order that you don't refund or accept returns. I'm hoping the second dress arrives the correct size.

We received the dress but is too small, they took ages to come back to me and then kept saying they 'understood our disappointment' and then asking me to send the sizes implying that it was my error. They have now told me to take it to a 'local tailor' as they left extra material should it need changing! What a joke, they have offered me £15 compensation for a £90 dress. Seriously bad customer service. Avoid this scam, I hope you get the dress but even if you do. I hope it fits (btw it will look nothing like the photo either!)
The. co.uk website is misleading, I would never order anything from China knowingly - you only find out when you pay!
