How did they manage to get a co.uk address? I asked to return the dress I was not happy with, because it was not as described (literally, they promised the fabric would be satin but delivered tulle) and much worse than on the photo. Even under Chinese law, goods must correspond with their description. When I finally got them to acknowledge my claim, they made derisory offers of £10 or £20, having taken nearly £120 from me plus shipping charges, and refused to refund or replace the dress by a different one, described less ambiguously. I ended up with a useless dress I cannot wear and a very disappointing experience. They should be reported as online scammers, which would be my next step.

Answer:
All I can say is what a bunch of scammers. I am in a dispute with them through my bank who are going to recover my funds from them. Never ever ever again!. This experience with them has made me sick to the stomach. They should be reported for fraud and closed down. End of!

Okay so i know people are saying they are scammers and most dresses dont fit etc but one of my friends recently got a dress from this website and it looks really good. But im sceptical about getting one myself and most people are saying they are scammers. Has anyone dresses come looking good? And is the meterial that bad? Is it worth it? I ordered and paid for a dress on 23rd march 2016. I was advised 11/04/2016would be the delivery, yet it still has not arrived and I have emailed numerous times with no reply or contact. Can I find out when I am going to receive this?

Answer:
The company is a con! If you do receive you are likely to be very disappointed and if it doesn't fit, they will blame you for making errors when ordering. The actual dress looks nothing like the photo! I foolishly thought it was a UK company as they con you to think they are. I'm surprised that Trading Standards have not yet stepped in. I learned the hard way, lost money, disappointed teenager etc I will never knowingly buy from China and certainly would never order this type of item online. Let's face it, they are not cheap! The owners of this company must be rubbing their hands with glee every time an order request arrives!

If the dress arrives and it's not the colour that I've ordered do I get a refund? I'm nervous to buy off your website because the reviews are so bad.

Answer:
They will not give you a penny! No matter how many times you send them complain email or pictures of default dress. Their answer is the same ( they say' keep it or sell it). Call you bank for dispute transaction.

Question:

Why are you calling your company a UK company when you are in China. I have bought a dress from you and it is not the size it should be, it's way too small. I had the faith to order another dress from you in the hope that it will be the correct size but I found out after making the second order that you don't refund or accept returns. I'm hoping the second dress arrives the correct size.

Answer:
Maybe you have some misunderstanding with them, contact would make things better
