I am ready to buy a sofa from another retailer but saw this site and was impressed with the sofa selection but the colors don't match the photos and when i click a color it does not show up. I need info on the actual seat sizes when back pad is removed. But most importantly after reading such terrible reviews about the customer services and delivery nightmares i am very cautious. I want to make sure the sofas are quality made and that they are delivered when promised and not delayed over and over at the last minute. I would like to speak to someone about the colors and sizes.
