Hello! I thought it is just for a month, but it was for year. So i wanna refund it. How can i refund?

I don't know how I got on your DocStoc.com mailing list, every month you take momney out of my bank account, I WANT IT STOPPED NOW. How do I do this- or do I have to get my Bank involved?
