Hi, I have been waiting for my order to arrive and am now getting nervous. It's suppose to be here by tomorrow but no one can tell me where my item us and have said no on is on duty until 12 hours from now which means there is someone on duty at 3am? I have tried to call on the number on their website but it says the number isn't recognised. Can anyone help? I'm getting really worried about this order that I've spent a lot of money on!

All dresses are custom made for each order. We have no stock in the Warehouse (order > processing > tailor > QC > shipping). The Standard Sizes are only there as a reference, you still need to check the size chart (which many fail to do).
