Hi Danine. DH Gates is an umbrella company. If you want samples they will probably put you in touch with who ever is actually selling the product. I refuse to deal with DH and will continue until DH becomes a responsible for those under there umbrella. Actually I was lucky, I got my money back. Stay away from them for your own good.

I agree with you Karen. I lost $ 200. They are protecting their seller not the buyer. I have always bought online. This is the first time I regret it.

Here's the difference: do you want to take a chance? I don't i have bought many things on internet sites (other than dh gate) i have always been able to return or exchange without a problem. Not true with dh gate. I have been very cautious with every item i was considering buying. Not once was i told i could get a sample. I was always assured that if i wasn't satisfied with the purchase i would get my money back. So, after much consideration i finally bought a prduct,, what followed was an incomplete delivery and over 7 months of hassle. At the end they dh gate said NO ADJUSTMENT WOULD BE MADE. IF THE 'STORE' I PURCHASED FROM WASN'T WILLING TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME THEY COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME.
I LOST ALMOST $300.

A complete product to me is still selling on DH GATE! There are many wholesale sites: wish.com is a good one. They protect their buyers. If you are a gambler, use DHGate. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND WOULD NEVER

A warning to those thinking about buying anything of DH GATE they are a complete scam with fake customer service people vowing to help you. In essence they are a bunch of crooks, the site should be closed down. I lost over $400 thinking I was to receive a 'quality laptop', it never worked when I opened the box. When I complained to their customer service team - there favourite word was ' they understand and will promise to help me'. What a load of rubbish - 2 months later they asked for the package to be delivered back asking me to pay for delivery? They requested photo's of the laptop which the whole excercise was pointless. In the end I had to contact my bank and request for them to get my money back. Thank goodness they did get my money back after 2-3 months of endless emails, phone conversations which was a complete waste of my day especially during my work house - DO NOT EVER TRUST DH GATE ' they are a complete scam and should be closed down for good

You are taking a great risk ordering from dhgate! They do not honor nor does the seller honor its return policy. A seller's rating may not be 100% accurate because I couldn't complete a rating because my order was in the dispute process. My bank secured my refund & my order was cancelled so I still couldn't leave a rating for PerfectOnline.
If you choose to ignore all the previous warnings not to order from them, then I advise you to use a bank debit card or a credit card for purchases. This way you may be able to secure a refund via the bank.

You already received your answer from others who have read your comment. Personally, I do not understand what you are trying to say. I have nothing to do with samples, I am a consumer just like you.

I ordered a CX 20 drone helicopter and it was faulty from the get go. It did not work as advertised and I am out of pocket $600. DH Gate was absolutely useless in assisting me. I would definitely tell everyone to avoid this site and there shonky Second rate products.

If you want to buy a large lot you need to have a sample. Tolu was generous. The amount of dishonest sellers on DHgate is enormous. Depended on the product it may be a majority. The problem is DHgate does not care that there are thieves on their site. When you document that someone is dishonest they will do nothing about it.

Hello, Danine. I am not a seller on DH Gate. I am also a buyer just like you. I have bought products on DH Gate without asking for samples. I just bought them on a whim after going through the listing and checking the seller's feedback. You can ask fir a sample if you want or you can buy a single item to know the quality of the product.

DH Gate is not a bad site. Yes, there are some crooks on the site but most of the sellers there are honest. Always check feedback from buyers on a Seller's listing before making your purchase. Do a thorough check on the site for various sellers of the same product and decide who to buy from. Cheers.
