Hi, I want to buy from them but I'm doubting cause there aren't many reviews. Did you receive your bags?
You don't. They primarily ask you to send money thru Western Union, which has no buyer protection like PayPal. (The reason being PayPal doesn't condone counterfeit goods.) Once your money is gone, it's in their hands. The chances are, you would probably receive something that is at least similar to what you ordered. You should ask for pre-shipment photos after you send money, prior to shipment. Even then, some people have received colors/sizes that are slightly different (e.g. Large instead of medium, different color hardware, etc.) You could look through 1 and 2 star reviews to see what can potentially happen. If you are OK with all that, and possibly losing your parcel at customs (= losing your money), only then you should order. It's kind of like a lottery - it can go either way. For me it didn't go well.
I'm in the U.S., so this may be different if you are elsewhere. I sent my payment through WU. It costs more to send money using cc than bank transfer ($60 vs $25?), so I went with bank transfer. That took a while - sent on Apr 9 & money was received in China on Apr 15. On Apr 16 they wrote me & said, "We are preparing you order, but we need to confirm the items of your order. Please send us a picture about your order and tell us the size of your bag ordered." [<-copy/paste of what they wrote] I wrote back right away, providing a picture & size (why should I have to do such a thing at that juncture, I don't know). They shipped the bag via EMS on Apr 20; received the bag on Apr 26. So when it was all said and done, it took a couple of weeks (17 days altogether) from when I first sent money. If you pay w cc, it may speed it up by a few days. What was inside was another matter - pls see my review for that. I'd rather wait longer and get a better quality bag.
