I paid cash with Western Union over a week ago. The bag was suppose to ship immediately. Now they are telling me that they do not have it in the size I ordered then the bag has a defect. I made it clear I needed shipment asap. What do I do? I have not heard back from customer service and they have my money??

Did you receive your item I'm currently in the same situation waiting for a tracking number and when I email or send wechat message they don't reply back
