Answer:

I don't know anything about Dr Oz' recommendation or if that happened. I just know that the charge for an additional supply was unexpected, and I never did receive a full refund even after I mailed the product back to them without opening it.

As the others have said, I'm sure it's because they have so many complaint calls. I called from my cell and just kept hitting re-dial until I got through. Don't give up! We can't let them get away with ripping people off. Keep calling and demand your money back. Good luck.

They chsrged 24.95 for the jar was returned refunded 8.95. A rip odd. Didnt even order IT

Beware of the "month" of free trial. By the time my free trail order arrived. I had less than 2 weeks to try the product before my trial period expired and the credit card was charged. Read the fine print that accompanied the online order for the expiration date.

Call them and tell them that you changed your mind. Do not except the delivery., I told them that it made me breakout and they refunded me all my money even shipping and handling! Hope this helps you out
