on 1/9/16As the others have said, I'm sure it's because they have so many complaint calls. I called from my cell and just kept hitting re-dial until I got through. Don't give up! We can't let them get away with ripping people off. Keep calling and demand your money back. Good luck.
I tried for a very long time before I finally got through. They probably have so many complaints that they are tied up on the phone all day. It would also make sense that they are trying to avoid the complaints all together.
Probably because they've had so many complaints and the phone answerer has probably given up answering all the questions and complaints. Maybe she took my advice and quit. I'm happy that so many people have questioned the veracity of the product and the service. I'm sorry if you don't get any satisfaction... I must have been an early complainer..
