I asked before shipment to change method, you agreed to a different shipping method and cost from what I wanted. However according to them i was able to change the shipping method as long as the product was not shipped.So I changed the shipping method from express to extensive and as a result the total cost was reduced. They promised to satisfy my request and refund the fee after the product was shipped. Although they promised that after 2 days I got an email that was telling me that my purchase was shipped with the express method and her cost and that i will receive it between 10-25 business days which is the waiting period for the extensive method, and my money not gives back.
