Question:

Why do i need to put credit card information before i put in a bid

Answer:

Hi Chaz, in order to participate and bid in the auctions it's first required to purchase a bid pack. Bid packs come in a variety of different sizes. For example you could get 500 bids for $75. Once you have purchased a bid pack you're ready to go! You can bid to win an item. If you don't win, you can always buy the item at normal retail price using the "Buy it Now". We'll ship your item free of charge and even give you back all the bids you used in that auction to try again. Keep in mind we have a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase - no questions asked. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to email support@dealdash.com. Many thanks!

Question:

Adrian, it's obvious that deal dash is a fraud. why else would a relatively new company provide a bogus audit? why else would a relatively new company demand payment in advance? this is classic bait and switch, a term for confidence people taking advantage of the gullible. as for all the fake 5 star reviews, please note all of them have one review, and are less than verbose(paid reviewers). i have contacted you adrian, told you of my intent to contact your local law enforcement, and bbb, and all i get back is silence. when will you ever respond? henry

Answer:

Hi Henry, We proactively get audited by Ernst & Young, to provide proof that there are no fake bidders on our website. All the bids are placed by real customers. As far as the reviews go, these also come from real DealDash customers, and have not been paid for. As always, I remain willing to answer any other question or doubt you may have. Sincerely, Adrian DealDash Community Manager

Question:

I'm new to dealdash. one review says that after you win an auction you are still required to pay the winning bid amount. is this how it works?

Answer:

Hi Marva. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. Hope this helps. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Question:

How do i bid?

Answer:

Hi Tony. Id be happy to explain how the website works. We operate on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required that you purchase bids in advance. This loads up your account balance. You can check out our promotional bid pack prices here: https://www.dealdash.com/buybids Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Please let us know if you have any other questions and be sure to read more about us here: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-works.
