Hi Chaz, yes you do need a CC and your first bid pack will be the most expensive but once you join the bid packs usually cost between 18 cents down to 12 cents and the packs vary starting with a minimum of 200 bids, but as you bid you rack up free bids for being top bidder. You need to bid strategically on the higher priced items and if you are able to win when the wins are free, all it costs are the bids.
