More questions about D2DTek

Extremely disappointed with both of the tablets I bought from this company. Video on both does not work, the cameras on both are awful response time on them both is terrible. Please can someone help me with this problem. can not contact them by phone or e-mail would anyone have contact info for d2d? ordered 2 tablets 5 weeks ago and still havent arrived. absolute disgrace i am about to put in an order but i am reading your reviews and have now changed my mind Please send an instruction of what to do with our 7 inch Anoc Tablet .I have spent hours on the phone to you and you have cut me off several times even on to Wowcher who were helpful.My email address is harrisun35@mail.com I will if not satisfied post on Facebook how helpful you are NOT .Hoping you will sort this problem out . How have you got the nerve to label this tablet 'Quad-core' when, judging by the bulk of these reviews, it clearly isn't performing as such?? I was considering buying one but having read these lamentable tales of customer woe I'm now not......unless D2DTek can persuade me otherwise (?). Where is my item I have ordered a tablet via wowcher and still not received this item even though the money has been debited from my account how do I find out where it is Yes I just bought x lm Bluetooth headphones from you but instructions not there can you email me one please
