I also am suprised the company is still trading. I did manage to talk to the company direct and it sounded like they where tradingout of a garage. The number was on their web site. With no joy from them I contacted wowcher and they took my case and gave a full refund. I'm so glad I didn't receive the tablet. Wowcher do have an obligation to you. The company I think take the orders then order cheap crap from China as they don't have warehouses to cut costs. That's why delivery takes so long and tablets are useless. If u can push for refund saying u had to repurchased elsewhere

Bet you wished you had read the reviews first. Mine took forever to come and I tried everything to get hold of them. Really sorry to say this but you will be extremely disappointed with the tablets. They are really slow, even when you are using them off-line. You will use more electricity charging them up than a tumble dryer because the battery only lasts for about 10-15 minutes. I didn't realise that they wete still trading as I thought the amount of people that had been sent crap equipment that D2D would have been closed down by now. As for wowcher, you won't get any joy from them either. Also I have found that the only thing wowcher are good for, is giving you ideas for things and then going straight to the company and buying direct, as you can usually get the item at the same price but without having to pay wowcher their £9.99 fee. This is all likely to make you feel worse, but I have been in your situation in the past and that's why I wrote a review on here to try and stop people getting in the position I did like you have now. The big lesson I have learnt, is if you haven't bought anything from a company before, check out at least two or three review sites and read up on them first. Really sorry but when you do eventually get them, you will feel ripped off.

Hi. Did you buy them from wowcher? I couldn't contact D2D direct either.
In the end I called wowcher 4 times a day for 5 days until I eventually got my tablet delivered.
Which I have to say is the biggest load of rubbish. I wish I hadn't even bothered buying it.
