Extremely disappointed with both of the tablets I bought from this company. Video on both does not work, the cameras on both are awful response time on them both is terrible. Please can someone help me with this problem.

Please send an instruction of what to do with our 7 inch Anoc Tablet. Hoping you will sort this problem out.
How have you got the nerve to label this tablet 'Quad-core' when, judging by the bulk of these reviews, it clearly isn't performing as such? I was considering buying one but having read these lamentable tales of customer woe I'm now not... unless D2DTek can persuade me otherwise (?).
How can you advertise absolute rubbish for a premium price?
