Why isn't it working on my Roku 3 since the new app. The minute it opens it kicks you right out back to Roku menu. It worked fine before. Seems a lot of people have same issue.

Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
