Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
Why can't I finish a single movie? This is the third movie I have tried to watch and it cut off and the whole screen just turns black!!!!!!!
