I love "Chosen" but right now the screen is frozen on a commercial. During episode three this has happened four times.
Can you fix?

Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
