Episode 13080 and 13081 are disconnected. About 6 weeks of episodes have been not put up. Will I miss them.? Or can it be fixed.

Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
