Crackles navigation is horrible on the Roku 3. Before I can look over shows to watch, a movie starts playing & the navigation freezes up. It renders the channel useless to me. I read other reviews & they all say the same thing. When will this be fixed for the Roku 3?

Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
