Crackle was working fine on my Chromebook for months. As of yesterday, with the new website, videos will no longer play. What can I do to resolve this?

Why doesn't Crackle use a closed captioning option?
Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "OH somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-
