I wanterd to order the sequence navy blue off the shoulder dress, but i am hesitant about the size, usually iam a small but dont know what to dfo??

What is your refund policy if you use pay pal

Answer:

Hello Trish, thanks for asking. If you decided to return the item, for the dresses, you have 5days to request for an RMA number and we will send it your email address. Once RMA number was provided, you have to ship the item asap so we can receive it within 5days from the time you receive the RMA number. Once item received and confirmed, your account will be forwarded to our Accounting department to process the refund, the refund will be in form of store credit, less freight cost, less handling fee and return label (if used). It's not please save your money ti.es are so hard and we work so hard for these companies to scam us I purchased a wedding dress last week. The dress was dirty and looks like it sat on the shelves for a very long time. I called and sent photos they responded days later to tell me They won' accept, refund or exchange the dress. I have lost $600 and have no wedding dress. I wished someone wrote a review about them. Save your money.
