If you decided to return the item, for the dresses, you have 5days to request for an RMA number and we will send it your email address.
Once RMA number was provided, you have to ship the item asap so we can receive it within 5days from the time you receive the RMA number.
Once item received and confirmed, your account will be forwarded to our Accounting department to process the refund, the refund will be in form of store credit, less freight cost, less handling fee and return label (if used).

Do not order from this website - worst online ordering experience I have every had - this is a scam and I am surprised they are still in business - I bought a dress for $578, followed all of the return instructions and got a store credit of $400. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
