Do supplement companies have to pay you to test their products? And if so how do you ensure that results are unbiased?

Hi Tina - No, most of the products we test are chosen based on the brands and products that our subscribers report using in our annual reader survey (more information at https://www.consumerlab.com/reports/Vitamin_and_Supplement_Users_Survey.asp). Companies can also request that their individual products tested by ConsumerLab and they pay for that testing.
