I need return mailing instructions and label. please give me instructions on how to do this.

CITY BEAUTY, 9361 Canoga Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311 No mailing label - I didn't have one. I put it in a padded envelope and sent the tubes back. I just sent mine back through USPS with tracking, so I could prove it was received by them. I also emailed them ahead of time telling them I wanted a FULL refund of both tubes.
