I ordered four pair of sandals in April. It is now Oct and I have only received one pair. I got two response to my emails. One telling me (after 7 wks) that the order had not been processed yet and one was from Michael and he said I could not get a refund because you only have 24 hrs to cancel. The order had been placed at least 8 wks before and hadn't even been processed yet.

You will not receive your order. I was sent a flat plastic envelop with a tiny star as my shipment of two pairs of sands. This company is a scam. File a complaint online with the Attorney General of California for an investigation.
