Yes! I have never had an issue with it not being here long before the expiration date.

No, the food sold is within the expiration date.  The prices are far higher than at many pet food stores, so buying online at PetFoodDirect will be expensive.

I never had any issues with near expired food in my experiences but a great question to ask customer support if you are going to order (and if your item is a sale item, ask when the promo is over in case you need to stock up as sale end dates are not clearly visible)
