We are traveling with in one month from today. i noticed my daughters middle name is misspelled by one letter. i contacted the actual airline and they said that cheapoair has to do it. i requested a change and i am still waiting. i am just concerned if it will be a travel problem.

Answer:

DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. It is impossible to get them on the phone. They do not return emails with anything except a form response. If you are lucky enough to get a live chat online, the language skills are poor and you do not get a resolution to your problem.

I need to cancel my flight and i purchashed insurance. how do i do that?

Answer:

You can't, I tried to do 48 hours before flight. No customer service would answer phone or emails. Good luck.

Do not purchase any travel from this company of any type. They are MOST DIFFICULT to communicate with and very uncooperative. STAY AWAY

How do i make seat reservations

They do not seem to be able to make seat reservations happen even when you pay for them. Just call the airlines. In this way they are inferior to other sites including Kayak.

Cheapoair is more expensive than traditional airline companies, they false advertise a price then by the time you add their fee, the seat and the bags, you'll end up paying more than what you'll pay to an airline directly. If you're flying domestically within the US, you're better off booking through jetblue or American Airlines. AA tickets include the seat and the bags. Plus their customer service is really good. Cheapoair will hang up on you and never call you back. Some of their men, will even yell at you if you are a woman
