DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. It is impossible to get them on the phone. They do not return emails with anything except a form response. If you are lucky enough to get a live chat online, the language skills are poor and you do not get a resolution to your problem.
Cheapoair is more expensive than traditional airline companies, they false advertise a price then by the time you add their fee, the seat and the bags, you'll end up paying more than what you'll pay to an airline directly. If you're flying domestically within the US, you're better off booking through jetblue or American Airlines. AA tickets include the seat and the bags. Plus their customer service is really good. Cheapoair will hang up on you and never call you back. Some of their men, will even yell at you if you are a woman
