They are good but there policies are not good

I have used this company from Canada to the United States and also within the United States (Buffalo to Fort Lauderdale) on several occasions and have had only good experiences, including having to cancel flights (I did purchase their flight insurance which is very reasonably priced). A couple of times, I received emails from them advising of flights changes, i. E., delays in scheduling of about five minutes, in one instance... I don't remember the delay the first time, but it was still the same day.

I have been using this company for my tickets from the U.S. to the Ukraine and have nothing but good experiences.

I booked from America to the Caribbean area... one word " HORRIBLE"

I booked my tickets from Canada to India and back and I had a horrible experience. I would suggest to stay away from this company as long as you can as you may end up spending more! Good Luck!
