looking for past customers. I just ordered a laptop and saw these reviews. my only concern would be that I'm getting what i paid for in laptop. i dont care about much support except warranty. it's 2017 if you can't fix your own computer get a notepad lol

It is a fortune 500 company. This is why I chose to buy from them. The company I worked for also buy from them.

But they are pretty bad in customer service

If you read the reviews, you will see that CDW repeatedly sells items they don't have in stock and staff lies about when they will be able to ship. If you want to actually buy a computer, instead of just ordering it so you can hope it arrives, look somewhere else.
