Question:

looking for past customers. I just ordered a laptop and saw these reviews. my only concern would be that I'm getting what i paid for in laptop. i dont care about much support except warranty. it's 2017 if you can't fix your own computer get a notepad lol

Answer:
It is a fortune 500 company. This is why I chose to buy from them. The company I worked for also buy from them. But they are pretty bad in customer service
