I placed an order after couple of weeks notice it was the wrong part send it back and the refund i'd get for it was les than the purchase money

The greatest attempt to return or reorder your product is to email them directly as well as immediately and you should receive an email soon. I recently had an similar issue and the email I sent to return my product of purchase was responded to within a few hours and sent me the info to follow through with my return.
