Would love to get the part I ordered last week, have attempted to call 5 or 6 times a day for the past 3 days. Also left voice mails, no return calls.

You placed the order on 10/3 the site states please allow up to 3 business days for processing, we are closed on the weekends and today is a national holiday. We have a skeleton crew working handling any customer inquiries. I see you were contacted via email, as well as you called in this morning and already spoke to a rep. We understand your vehicle is down and look forward to getting you back on the road in a timely manner, the estimated times are there for such a question.
