Care Credit arranges payment for the charges made for your dentist's visit. If you move to another dentist, you would need to check to see if they use Care Credit for their services, then set up payment through Care Credit. Beware, though - if you do not make monthly payments by the due date, even one day later, you will be charged $25-$39 in late fees each month.
