Yes they close the accounts for none use then it goes against you, which isnt fair, they are a greedy company, from costa mesa ca, a real jerk owns the company

CareCredit determines it. Charges of $200 or more have a promotional period of six months for interest free payments.

You can still use it but because you missed your payment they are going to hit you with fees and interest. I just canceled the card because my payments were not making a dent.

Yes I had a certain credit score and Care Credit was kindly asked if they could offer more time on promotion due to COV-19 and they stated no.

Because they suck, if you dont use it within a year then close the account then it goes against your credit/not fair this company is a rip off
